Team Lead - Ultrasound
MLR is partnering with a reputable healthcare system to hire an experienced Team Lead for their Ultrasound team. This full-time, permanent, direct hire role offers an opportunity to oversee the ultrasound department's operations, ensuring exceptional patient care and diagnostic imaging while leading a skilled team of technologists.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily workflow and scheduling to optimize patient care and departmental efficiency.
  • Perform advanced ultrasound procedures, delivering precise, high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and timely results.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support ultrasound technologists, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to enhance departmental performance.
Qualifications:
