Job description

Job Title: Stacker (Warehouse / Manufacturing)

Job Summary

The Stacker is responsible for stacking, organizing, and preparing finished goods and materials within the warehouse to ensure safe storage, efficient movement, and timely shipment. This role supports production and warehouse operations by maintaining product flow, accuracy, and workplace safety.

Essential Duties

  • Stack, and organize finished products and materials according to company standards
  • Safely move materials between storage to production areas
  • Inspect materials before beginning stacking
  • Accurately complete any required logs and basic documentation
  • Assist with loading/unloading carts as needed
  • Degrease all materiel in the degreaser bar, fin, braze sheet, ice guard side plates, machine shop components
  • Pull braze frames for stacking
  • Pull materiel for cores, bins containing bar, fin, braze sheet, ice guard side plates
  • Stack cores according to drawings and strap stacked cores.
  • Check the cores for stacking completeness and accuracy adjust as needed
  • Fill out stacking work tickets
  • Trim material to be stacked as needed.
  • Clinch material for cups
  • Stack cup materiel
  • Load and unload small parts in tumbler
  • Put braze frames away post brazing
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in the warehouse
  • Follow all safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
  • Communicate effectively with lead, warehouse, and shipping teams

Other Responsibilities

Fabrication Dept:

  • Deburr small parts and side plates


Raw Materiel Dept:

  • Watch the roll form louvre machine / push and pull material
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Final inspection:

  • Straighten finโ€™s

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or stacking experience a plus
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic math and counting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
  • Ability to push/pull palletized loads
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing and warehouse setting
  • Exposure to noise, dust, and forklifts/material-handling equipment
  • Use of PPE such as safety shoes, gloves, and hearing protection
