Some responsibilities of a Team Lead may include:
- Serve as the Manager on Duty for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant ManagerÂ
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.Â
- Organize the store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper placement of product.Â
- Oversee the receipt of shipment and maintain a clean work environment.Â
- Assist in training and coaching employees on all policies and procedures.Â
- Practice impeccable customer service skills.Â
- Upsell the customer, when appropriate, on multiple pairs and accessories.Â
- Exemplify the Clarks Brand.Â
- Follow all policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.Â
- Create a comfortable work environment for all colleagues.Â
- Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
