POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • dimensional and vinyl installation
  • production of sign projects
  • reading detailed drawings & work orders
  • operating various large format production equipment

This team member is responsible for the day-to-day production of visual media and installation of sign projects. Installations are scheduled based on the team members abilities to successfully complete the necessary tasks. This team member needs to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while being able to take direction and make decisions accordingly. The Lead Sign Installer will work closely with the entire production team to produce various types of creative signage, interior décor, and event projects. The primary duties of this position will be to build and install projects as outlined in detailed drawings. This includes operation of CNC machines, lasers, and other large format production equipment. This position plays an intricate role in completing projects to specifications and ensuring client satisfaction. The working environment is an open concept collaborative space with state of the art equipment. There will be noise, conversations, and fun throughout the day!

Qualifications for a Successful Custom Sign Installer:
  • Have 2+ years experience in the sign industry or a construction trade
  • Experience working with vinyl on multiple surfaces and vehicles
  • Knowledge of sign materials and substrates
  • Knowledge of installation techniques
  • Creative individual who is highly motivated to share their passion and skills
  • Detail oriented, with a focus on quality work in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle stress and deadlines efficiently and confidently
  • Able to implement constructive feedback
  • Able to maintain the scope of work across a variety of projects
  • Set the day-to-day workflow for print production
  • Able to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Able to safely and effectively operate various power tools
  • Able to effectively communicate with all areas of the business (sales, design, production)
  • Proficient skills/knowledge in Adobe CC or higher
  • Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs
