Your Day-to-Day:
  • Represent Raynor Services with pride and professionalism
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems
  • Install, maintain, and repair water, gas, and drainage systems, fixtures, and appliances
  • Perform plumbing inspections and ensure systems meet local codes and regulations
  • Troubleshoot issues efficiently and provide clear, effective solutions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system conditions, repairs, and options
  • Educate customers and help them make informed buying decisions
  • Support company goals by generating leads, promoting service agreements, and recommending upgrades when appropriate
  • Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of residential plumbing service experience
  • Experience with well systems, well pumps, and water softeners is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
