Overview
Residential service work - North Shore & Chicagoland market - Company van & benefits.

Join a high-performance plumbing team with a privately held company that has been well established for over 20 years! This is a residential service role focused on diagnostics, repair, and customer interaction. You’ll work in an environment with consistent call volume and strong support systems.

We’re open to both Licensed Plumbers and experienced Apprentice Plumbers with strong service and diagnostic skills. **Trenchless Lead Technicians encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and sewer issues

  • Perform service, repair, and installation work

  • Communicate directly with customers and present solutions

  • Run approximately 5–8 service calls per day, depending on schedule and demand

  • Use ServiceTitan and company systems to manage jobs, estimates, and workflow

  • Maintain a clean, organized truck, tools, and professional appearance

  • Deliver high-quality work focused on long-term results

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in residential service plumbing

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Comfortable interacting directly with homeowners

  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a daily call schedule

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements

  • Valid Illinois Plumbing License (Prefer but not required)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required)

  • Weekend availability as part of a rotation
