Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill ? Sisters, Oregon

Sisters Saloon & Ranch Grill is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Server to help guide our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and teammates.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support servers during shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service

Provide exceptional guest service and handle concerns with professionalism

Assist with training and mentoring new team members

Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages

Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and organization are consistently met

Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to maintain flow of service

Help manage table sections and support hosts with seating when needed

Step in wherever necessary to support the team during busy shifts

Previous serving experience required (lead or supervisory experience preferred)
