Our private event spaces, rooftop lounge, and catering program allow guests to experience Wunsche Bros. in unforgettable ways. As our events and catering business continues to grow, we are looking for someone who is excited to help bring new celebrations through our doors and into the community.


The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and helping clients bring their events to life.

The Events & Catering Sales Coordinator plays a key role in growing Wunsche Bros.โ€™ event and catering business by connecting with guests, businesses, and organizations throughout the community. This is a proactive sales position where success comes from building relationships, networking, and following up with potential clients.

What Youโ€™ll Do

Drive Event & Catering Sales

  • Generate new event and catering opportunities through outreach, networking, and guest engagement

  • Connect with local businesses, organizations, and community groups

  • Follow up with inquiries and turn leads into booked events

Engage Guests & Build Relationships

  • Walk the dining room and engage guests who may be celebrating or planning future events

  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

  • Represent Wunsche Bros. with warmth, professionalism, and confidence

Guide Clients Through the Planning Process

  • Conduct site tours that highlight our unique spaces and historic charm

  • Prepare proposals and assist clients with menu and event selections

  • Secure deposits and finalize event bookings

Promote Wunsche Bros. Events

  • Use social media to showcase events, catering offerings, and event spaces

  • Stay informed on local event trends and competitor offerings
