Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
  • Oversee the daily workflow and performance evaluations
  • Handle discipline and termination following company policy

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain security and safety of designated work area
  • Patrol facility to ensure safety and security
  • Provide superior customer care and manage aggressive individuals
  • Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports
  • Respond to emergency situations and conduct interviews
  • Coach officers for peak performance and suggest site order changes
