Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design, build, and scale intelligent automation solutions across enterprise systems. This role focuses on AWS cloud services and AI-driven automation using Amazon Bedrock to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions across business and IT workflows

Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency improvements

Build reusable automation frameworks for enterprise adoption

Develop cloud-native solutions using AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, S3, API Gateway, EventBridge)

Implement Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or Terraform

Design AI-powered automation using Amazon Bedrock and LLM workflows

Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize AI models

Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM)

Build APIs and event-driven architectures for system connectivity

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for automation workflows

Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards are met

Develop automation solutions that reduce manual effort and operational costs

Build scalable, cloud-native workflows deployed across the enterprise

Achieve strong stakeholder adoption and measurable business impact

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years of experience in automation engineering, RPA, or process automation

Strong experience designing enterprise automation solutions

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
