Job Summary
We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to build next-generation AI- powered intelligent automation solutions at the intersection of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and robotic process automation (RPA). This role operates at the front lines, working directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and deploy production-grade systems. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering expertise with customer engagement to deliver scalable, AI-driven automation solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or intelligent automation.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C#, or equivalent languages.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph).
  • Experience in designing Agentic AI or multi-agent systems.
  • Deep expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, deployment).
  • Experience with API integrations, REST services, and data formats such as JSON/XML.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI and RPA integrated solutions.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and model monitoring practices.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • UiPath certifications (Advanced Developer or Solution Architect).
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise transformations.
  • Familiarity with governance and responsible AI practices.
