    • Work closely with RPA developers to clarify requirements, validate solution designs, and support implementation.
    • Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to discover additional optimization opportunities.
  2. Scrum Master
    • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
    • Coach team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
    • Remove impediments and safeguard the team from external interruptions, ensuring smooth sprint execution.
    • Track and report on sprint progress, velocity, and other key Agile metrics to client stakeholders.
    • Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with client partners.
  3. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
    • Align project timelines and deliverables with the client's strategic objectives, coordinating resources and setting realistic expectations.
    • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to business stakeholders, executive sponsors, and other relevant parties.
    • Manage cross-functional relationships to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project goals.
    • Champion a user-focused approach, continuously seeking feedback to enhance product value and user satisfaction.
  4. Continuous Improvement & Best Practices
    • Stay updated with emerging RPA tools, Agile methodologies, and industry trends.
    • Identify and implement process improvements for both automation workflows and Scrum frameworks.
    • Advocate for scalability, security, and performance standards in all RPA deployments.
    • Share knowledge and mentor team members to cultivate a high-performing, proactive environment.

Required Skills and Experience

    • Solid understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and sprint management.
  • Business Analysis Proficiency:
    • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Skilled in process mapping, gap analysis, and use case documentation.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills:
    • Comfortable with software development concepts, APIs, and systems integrations.
    • Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools to measure process efficiency and ROI.
  • Soft Skills & Collaboration:

    • Proven problem-solving capabilities with a track record of delivering results on time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional Certifications:
    • Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe)
    • RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional)
