If you’re ready to step into a leadership role with a company that values excellence, integrity, and community, this is it.
What You’ll Do

  • Lead restoration jobs involving water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanup.
  • Be first on scene for emergency response calls and manage the crew from start to finish.
  • Ensure proper containment, drying, and demo protocols are followed per IICRC and OSHA standards.
  • Mentor junior techs and train on restoration equipment and safety procedures.
  • Interface with property managers, adjusters, and homeowners with confidence and clarity.
  • Accurately document job details using tools like Xactimate and TrueRestore.
  • Assist with equipment checks, job readiness, and vehicle upkeep.
What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of experience in restoration or mitigation (water, mold, or fire).
  • Proven crew lead experience or desire to step into a leadership role.
  • Calm under pressure, decisive, and respectful on chaotic job sites.
  • Familiar with digital job tracking tools (Xactimate, MICA, etc.)
  • Committed to safety, professionalism, and customer trust.
Preferred Certifications

One or more of the following IICRC Certifications strongly preferred:
  • WRT – Water Restoration Technician
  • ASD – Applied Structural Drying
  • AMRT – Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
  • FSRT – Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician
  • OCT – Odor Control Technician
Physical Requirements

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform demo tasks when needed.
  • Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, and moisture-heavy environments.
  • Must wear full PPE, including respirators, Tyvek suits, gloves, and boots.
  • 24/7 availability for emergency jobs on a rotating basis.
Why Voda?

  • Join a fast-growing, locally owned company with a strong brand and national backing.
  • Be part of a start-up style team where your voice matters and your impact is felt daily.
  • Grow into a Project Manager role and beyond as we scale.
  • Earn competitive base pay and performance-based bonuses.

Apply now and become a foundational part of our Restoration Division. At Voda of North Atlanta, you won’t just mitigate damage, you’ll help build something lasting.
