As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Weber County, including Ogden, Roy, and surrounding communities. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) โ€“ Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by your supervising BCBA

  • Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET)

  • Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session

  • Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team regarding client progress

  • Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities

  • Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization

  • Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols

  • Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)

  • Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested
