Were looking for a caring, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technician to join our ABA team! This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, stays positive under pressure, and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Youll work directly with clients, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment.
What Were Looking For
  • Must enjoy working with kids daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred.
  • Positive, patient, and coachable able to take direction and apply feedback.
  • Comfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments.
  • Willing to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision.
  • Currently enrolled in or completed college (no high schoolonly applicants).
  • Reliable and consistent this role requires working 5 days a week.
