Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Project Overview
We are undergoing a full rewrite of an existing application and are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to support this effort. The ideal candidate will have experience testing applications built with C#, SQL, and Blazor Server, and will work closely with developers and project stakeholders to ensure a high-quality release.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and technical specifications.
  • Perform both manual and automated testing of web-based applications and back-end components.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
  • Conduct regression, integration, functional, and exploratory testing.
  • Validate data and workflows using SQL queries.
  • Provide clear QA status updates and contribute to continuous improvement of the test strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
