What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Lead Product Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Lead Product Manager, you need expertise in product strategy, market analysis, and cross-functional leadership, typically supported by a background in business, technology, or related fields. Familiarity with product management tools (like Jira or Trello), data analytics platforms, and sometimes Agile or Scrum certifications is highly valuable.
