How does a lead manager typically collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion?

A Lead Manager plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and marketing by ensuring that high-quality leads are efficiently nurtured and handed off at the right stage. This involves frequent coordination with marketing to refine lead qualification criteria and with sales to track conversion rates and feedback. Lead Managers often facilitate meetings, share analytics, and implement processes to ensure leads are followed up promptly, which helps improve overall conversion rates.
