Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As the Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of installers, collaborate with project managers, and contribute to the success of our growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Plan and coordinate installation projects, including scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation.
