Lead Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join the team. You'll work in a professional service role, working with teams to leverage our platform.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to translate customer needs, and assist others in migration and solving problems using our platform. You'll be responsible for working with current and new software development teams - understanding their architecture and development environment tooling to develop onboarding paths to our platform.

You should have expertise in Cloud, Databases, Networking, Full Stack Software Applications, Architectures, and Common Design Patterns. You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to lead engineers, and be able to work across development teams. You should be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience with software development, including Typescript, Golang, or Python
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS and CI/CD and developer workflow automation, including Github Actions, ArgoCD, or Flux
  • 4+ years of experience with containerization and deployments with Docker
  • 4+ years of experience using databases, including MySQL or Postgres
  • 4+ years of experience with infrastructure as code, including Terraform, AWS, or CDK
  • 4+ years of experience using APM and monitoring tools, including AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, or Grafana
  • Experience using AI tools to augment your ability to rapid prototype features, including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or WindSurf
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience building Developer Platforms
  • Experience in technical documentation for engineers to consume your software
  • Experience with AWS technologies such as DynamoDB, EC2, EKS, SQS, SNS, and RDS
  • Experience troubleshooting application code and configurations
