Role Summary:
The Distribution Team Lead at Radial carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Leads and assists the Supervisor in attaining overall department goals and effectively planning and organizing workflow, promoting teamwork, training, problem solving, decision making, and performs all functions as a fulfillment associate.
Responsibilities:

  • Tasks include planning/organizing work; training associates; assigning and directing work; in partnership with the Supervisor or Manager, addressing issues and resolving problems.
  • Train associates on processes
  • Assist the Supervisor and other internal groups to meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Assist the Supervisor and other Staff to ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the safety and security of associates and inventory.
  • Coordinate with other departments on processes and procedures.
  • Monitor associate production standards and partner with Supervisor to ensure SOPs are followed.
  • Perform all functions same as a fulfillment associate.
  • Meet or exceed company standards on attendance, punctuality, conduct, safety, and security.
  • May be required to complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 year of direct experience in a distribution or fulfillment operations environment
  • Experience motivating and lead a team
  • Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability
  • Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs. 
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication

Travel: This position is not remote. Travel is not required.
