Responsibilities
This opening is in support of a proposal effort (Anticipated Start: August 2026) and is contingent upon contract award
Overview: We are building a talent pipeline in support of an upcoming Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contract proposal, with anticipated work beginning in August 2026. This position will support mission-critical efforts related to cyber capabilities and advanced software development supporting national security missions.
We are currently gathering interest and pre-qualifying candidates for a Front End Developer position:
In this role you will provide technical leadership in modern front-end architecture, user interface design, and integration with backend services in secure environments.
Work will be performed on-site at Noblis HQ in Reston, VA, pending award. All candidates must possess a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of professional front-end development experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
  • Extensive experience with Vue.js and Quasar framework
  • Strong experience with Python and FastAPI integration
  • Proficiency with QT framework for application development
  • Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and cross-platform compatibility
  • US Citizen and Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Desired Qualifications
  • Strong background directly aligned with the technical or analytical specialty area
  • Experience supporting DoD, interagency, or national security missions is highly desirable
  • Understanding of security best practices for your role in classified environments
  • Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
