The individual selected for this position will support a team engaged in providing engineering and technical support in a mission-critical Windowns based environment to users world-wide. The candidate must be able to analyze requirements, understand the architecture, engineer solutions, and troubleshoot/resolve reported issues.

Required Skills and Education
We are seeking an experienced MS Exchange Engineer with a strong background in Exchange administration and Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in MS Exchange engineering

Key Technical Skills
  • Active Directory: Architecture, design, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting
  • Exchange Administration: Experience with transitioning from on-premises Exchange Servers to Exchange Server online with Microsoft 365 (M365), as well as administration in a hybrid environment with M365 and on-premises infrastructure
  • Database Availability Groups (DAGs): Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting DAGs
  • Performance Troubleshooting: Practical experience troubleshooting MS Exchange server and Windows server performance issues
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Technical Issue Management: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to:
    + Set customer expectations
    + Devise and implement action plans
    + Communicate professionally with all parties
