ROLE OVERVIEW
We're hiring a Marketing Data & Systems Analyst to study, evaluate, and improve the systems and processes that power our Enterprise (B2B) Marketing team's campaigns. You'll analyze performance data, evaluate and recommend marketing technology tools, and consult with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing) to determine how our systems should support strategic objectives - partnering closely with those teams as we scale enterprise revenue across B2C brands, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Workforce.
This is a broad, cross-functional seat by design. You'll study current systems and workflows across the funnel and have room to specialize in a particular system, data domain, or vertical as the team matures over the next 12-18 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Data Analysis
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data using Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and Marketo reporting to uncover trends, optimize campaigns, and support strategic decisions.
  • Study current marketing systems and processes (Marketo, Salesforce, Clay, ABM platforms, campaign trafficking workflows) to identify areas for improvement and increased efficiency, aligning with business goals.
  • Evaluate and research new marketing technology tools to enhance campaign performance and operational workflows.
  • Analyze the costs and benefits of marketing systems and tool upgrades to support team needs.
Testing & Experimentation
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimentation frameworks (subject lines, CTAs, creative) to improve lead conversion and campaign functionality.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, lead funnel performance, and ROI.
Stakeholder Consultation & Requirements Gathering
  • Consult with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Field Marketing) to determine the role of marketing technology systems in achieving strategic objectives.
  • Gather requirements from Sales, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing to recommend campaign and systems improvements in a clear, data-backed manner.
  • Consult with designers, copywriters, and vertical marketers to enhance campaign messaging and targeting via automated systems.
Campaign Systems Management
  • Manage the full integrated campaign calendar and schedule, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Plan and execute recurring email/nurture campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce, leveraging segmentation and performance data.
  • Oversee and manage deliverables for campaign projects, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines.
  • Apply strong project management skills to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies and deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-10 years of experience working with marketing systems and data (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics/reporting tools), ideally at a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce), including configuration, segmentation, and reporting.
  • Experience analyzing performance data and building dashboards/reports (Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience evaluating and recommending marketing technology tools and workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder consultation and requirements-gathering skills across Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing.
  • Project management chops - able to manage overlapping deadlines and competing stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Bonus: experience with regulated industries (Public Sector, Healthcare).
WHY THIS ROLE
You'll join a B2B Marketing team scaling from a few seats to a full-stack org over the next year. This is a systems- and data-focused seat: broad scope across marketing technology and campaign infrastructure, a fast learning curve, and a clear path to specializing as the team matures. You'll work directly with the VP of Enterprise Marketing and partner with the broader marketing leadership team across Brand, Product Marketing, and MarOps.
The annual base salary listed does not include a company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity and benefits which will be determined based on experience, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location and role.
ID.me offers comprehensive medical, dental, vision, health savings account, flexible spending accounts (medical, limited purpose, dependent care, commuter benefit accounts), basic and voluntary life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) with company match, parental leave, ability to participate in unlimited paid time off subject to the terms and conditions of the PTO policy, including 8 company wide holidays, short and long-term disability insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, referral bonus policy, employee assistance program, pet insurance, travel assistant program, wellbeing and childcare discounts, benefit advocates, and a learning and development benefit.
Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on qualifications, professional experiences, skills, education, relevant training, geographic location, and other job related factors.
