As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and driving data strategy and analytics initiatives that impact business decisions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in statistical analysis and data modeling and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
• Developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives and drive insights that impact business decisions.
• Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
• Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as R or Python.
• Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Mentoring and coaching junior data analysts and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
• 7-9 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Advanced experience in SQL programming, statistical analysis and data modeling
• Extensive experience in statistical software, such as R, SAS, or Python.
• Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives.
• Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
• Experience developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
