• Lead data discovery and requirements of new data ingestions, conduct in depth analysis for source to target mapping, develop data dictionaries, and perform data testing and validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document data requirements and reporting needs.
• Partners and works effectively with business SMEs and facilitate conversations efficiently
• Manages efforts effectively with the ability to pro-actively seek prioritization of work
• Works independently to lead and manage workstreams with minimal supervision
• Gathers and documents data requirements and reporting needs.
