Summary

As Sales Lead Coordinator for Reliable Heating & Air, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team by efficiently managing leads, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring a seamless communication flow between different departments. Your primary objective will be to support the sales team (Home Comfort Advisors) in achieving their targets by organizing and prioritizing leads, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication with potential clients.


Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support for our sales team.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide top-notch customer service to potential and current customers (both external and internal)
  • Communicate continuously throughout the day with Home Comfort Advisors, Dispatch and Call Center Representatives.
  • Receive and process sales leads and referrals from service technicians
  • Provide follow-up on quotes and communications with customers as needed.
  • Draft and email up-to-date schedules to Home Comfort Advisors
  • Schedule all phone, web and email requests for estimates 
  • Properly and timely complete paperwork
  • Schedule and maintain jobs on board and send out availability updates 
  • Maintain and update lead logs and assist in updating reports for daily sales totals when needed. 
  • Confirm accuracy of booked calls and report discrepancies to appropriate department.
  • Adjust HCA schedules as needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills 
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
  • Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt and learn new software
