Administrative Functional Support 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Manufacturing Affordability Business Services Organization.
In this role you will be supporting internal and external customers through Business Services pillars of Scanning and Document management, Mail Services, Printing, Engineering Support, Records Retention, and/or other requirements set forth to support the business needs of the organization and company.
Key Responsibilities:
Scanning and Document Management: Scan documents, aperture cards, Wide Format Drawings, File Format conversions, Quality Control, Image/Edit cleanup, Post processing Delivery, Etc.
Other Responsibilities:
• Provide the proper customer support information handling in the proper format with agility in accordance with proper processes and procedures under lead guidance, supervision, and training.
• Engineering Support: Research, Retrieval, Receipt, Distribution, Data Document Update, Sign Out & In, Control, Printing, Laminating, Plotting, Archive, Scan, Audit, Etc.
• Mail Services: Post Office Retrieve, Sort, Lookup, Site Route Deliveries and Pick Up, Mail Metering, Postage, Expenses, Post office Delivery, Etc.
• Records Retention: Research, Retrieval, New Box Requests, Box pick up, indexing, delivery, Returns, Records Retention Management System, Etc.

• 1-year or more hands-on experience with Engineering Support, Scanning and Document Management, Records Retention, and Mail Services.
• Has and can maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Prior military experience with a clean record is preferred but not required
