Premier Periodontics Mercer Island is looking for a Care Center Lead to guide the daily operations of our practice while inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and compassionate care. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare or dental office leader who is passionate about developing teams, driving growth, and making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.

What You'll Do

As our Care Center Lead, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while partnering with our doctors and leadership team to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting our administrative and clinical teams to create a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
  • Managing daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, workflow, and facility oversight.
  • Ensuring the practice operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and service.
  • Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting, billing, accounts receivable, and expense management.
  • Reviewing key performance metrics and using data to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
  • Partnering with regional leadership to achieve practice goals for patient satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing team members while supporting ongoing professional growth.
