Get to Know Your Team:

  • BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service, and dignity.
Responsibilities
  • Performs echocardiogram procedures for all ages by utilizing imaging modalities in order to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of heart disease.
  • Subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.
  • Lead Echo Tech will coordinate all job functions for the day-to-day operations of the Echocardiography Dept.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Echocardiography Registry - ARDMS or CCI
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Allied Health degree in performing Echocardiography studies
  • Three to five years of Echocardiography experience
