About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Steve Tatevossian DDS Inc as a Back Office Supervisor/Lead Dental Assistant! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our dental practice runs smoothly while providing exceptional care to our patients in Redlands, CA.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the back office team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Train and mentor new dental assistants on best practices and protocols.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling and manage workflow in the office.
