Now Hiring Shift Leads! A Shift Leader has the overall responsibility of supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant, and for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager's absence

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
โ€ข Responsible for assisting and supporting the General Manager in meeting store goals, including covering for the General Manager's days off
โ€ข Assists in driving operational excellence by driving sales and controlling labor and food costs during shifts
โ€ข Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team
โ€ข Assure daily bank cash deposits and verify daily credit card batch settlement.
โ€ข Maintain permanent food safety and restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company policy and Wingstop
SOP
โ€ข Assure that all food is handled, prepared, and served in accordance with Wingstop's SOP.
โ€ข Engage in professional conversation with customers to assure that their satisfaction is met.
โ€ข Address all HR matters that occur during your shift in accordance with the company's polices
โ€ข Complete weekly inventory and prepare and submit food and supply orders
โ€ข Perform daily tasks including but not limited to chicken counts, Figure 8, Position assignments, position task
completions, Open workflow, Cash draw deposits, and Closing workflow.
โ€ข Must be willing to assist all other positions when necessary
โ€ข Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
โ€ข Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant or retail environment
โ€ข Must be able to open and close shifts as needed
โ€ข Prefer some experience using a computer and register (POS) system

work! They must work well with others, be self-motivated, reliable and have a strong work ethic.
