Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (GaPDS / DECAL clearance).
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and actively engage with young children throughout the day.


Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points!):

  • Active CDA, TCC, or degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development.
  • Prior experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting.
  • Current First Aid / CPR Certification.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and a warm, compassionate demeanor.
