  • Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.

  • Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged, satisfied, and connected to the studio.

  • Build meaningful relationships and create a welcoming community for all.

  • Deliver a five-star first-visit experience by welcoming new clients, orienting them to the studio and class experience, anticipating their needs, and following up after class to help them feel confident and connected.

Support Positive  Studio Team Culture

  • Support instructors before, during, and after class to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Assist management in communicating schedule updates, studio information, and important announcements to clients

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and process client inquiries promptly.

  • Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately.

  • Maintain accurate client records in our booking  and CRM systems

  • Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed.

  • Support opening and closing duties and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accurate studio and client information.

  • Care deeply about creating a clean, polished, and welcoming environment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
