In this role as Lead Brand Ambassador, you will partner with a Tour Manager and program leadership to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences. You will also serve as a team lead when the Tour Manager is not on-site, providing guidance to Brand Ambassadors, ensuring all activation elements run smoothly, and maintaining a strong standard of execution.
You'll be representing a university-focused program that promotes affordable internet packages for eligible students, educating them on available options, answering questions, and making it easy to get connected. You'll play a key part in expanding digital access and supporting student success both on and off campus.
This position involves primarily local travel, with occasional extended travel based on market needs. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by program leadership. Ideal candidates are proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for activations (retailers, consumers, and team members)
  • Oversee and execute all activation details (setup, timing, promotions, giveaways, logistics)
  • Lead, support, and supervise Brand Ambassadors, including on-site training and coordination
  • Ensure smooth operations, including inventory tracking and asset accountability
  • Engage consumers, promote participation, and deliver key brand messaging
  • Maintain professionalism, a positive attitude, and strong communication at all times
  • Enforce program rules, procedures, and brand standards
  • Provide timely updates and reports to the Tour Manager and account team
  • Manage post-event tasks, including inventory reconciliation and asset returns

Skills & Qualifications

  • Professional, reliable, and proactive with strong accountability
  • Comfortable using event technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)

  • Availability for required training and adherence to uniform guidelines
  • High school diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Proficiency in English and ability to follow procedures and safety guidelines
