Wachusett Brew Yard is looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality pro to serve as our Lead Ambassador-a frontline leadership role that ensures smooth service and exceptional guest experiences without formal supervisory duties. If you love craft beer, have solid restaurant chops, and enjoy energizing a team while delivering high standards, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve guests with top-tier customer service and genuine hospitality
  • Support and guide front-of-house staff to keep service flowing smoothly
  • Pour beers, fill growlers, and talk guests through our offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
  • Foster a positive, pride-filled team environment through your presence and example
  • Maintain a clean, organized space that reflects our standards and values
  • Ensure safety and compliance, including age verification for all alcohol service
