Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) | Full-Time Telehealth Role in Texas

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide remote mental health therapy services to clients across Texas. In this telehealth role, you will meet with clients virtually, complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapeutic support for individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, and other behavioral health needs.

This position is a strong fit for an LCSW who enjoys structured clinical work, values meaningful client relationships, and wants to provide quality care in a remote setting without sacrificing professional stability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical history
