• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate students’ psychological, emotional, and social needs, creating tailored treatment plans that leverage solution-focused interventions.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, adapting approaches based on students’ unique circumstances and backgrounds.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with local regulations and organizational policies to ensure accountability and quality of care.
• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care effectively, providing holistic support to clients and involving families in the treatment process.
• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in mental health service delivery.
• Educate students and their families about mental health issues, encouraging self-advocacy and informed decision-making regarding wellness and treatment options.
• Keep abreast of the latest research and developments in the field of mental health to incorporate innovative practices that better serve our clients.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse student population within local schools. Many of these students face challenges related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Your empathetic approach will be vital in building trust and rapport, enabling effective therapeutic interventions aimed at enriching their educational and personal lives.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is mandatory
• A minimum of 3 years clinical experience in psychotherapy, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices
• Expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions to facilitate effective treatment
• Strong communication skills that foster collaboration with clients, families, and teammates
• An ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

• Experience in educational settings, particularly within schools, is highly desirable
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and practices
