As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand your patients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implementing various therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and frameworks informed by solution-focused therapy.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of clinical sessions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to create integrated care plans that enhance treatment efficacy.
• Participating in collaborative case consultations and regular peer review meetings to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
• Educating clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and community health resources available to them.
• Staying current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to inform your clinical practice.
• Managing a full caseload of patients while meeting their treatment goals in a timely manner and adhering to ethical guidelines established by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

While not mandatory, experience working in a community health setting or with specific populations experiencing mental health crises is a plus. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms will be advantageous for this remote position.

The salary for this full-time LCSW position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
