DESCRIPTION:
The Outpatient Behavioral Health Therapist will be a core member of the Outpatient Behavioral Health (OBH) team. The licensed clinician will provide therapy using evidence-based treatments for adults, children, and families, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the care team.
You will work in a primary care, clinic-based environment - with no after-hours on call, weekends, or major holiday shifts - allowing you to focus on what truly matters: providing quality care and achieving work-life balance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate degree (master's or doctorate) from a
    counseling program approved by COAMFTE, CACREP, or CORE; a program at an institution of higher learning accredited by a regional accrediting agency; or a foreign program that has been evaluated by a credentialing body recognized by the Board.
  • Current and active Oregon licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • Demonstrated skill in providing behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Commitment to compassionate, culturally responsive care

Accepted Licenses:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Psychologist

SCHEDULE:
  • Choice of 4 x 10-hour shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts
  • Days only, Monday through Friday
  • No weekends or on-call requirements
