Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth, ensuring personalized treatment plans are developed and maintained.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapies, to promote positive outcomes for clients struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a secure environment where clients feel encouraged to share their experiences and work towards recovery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, psychiatrists, and counselors, to ensure holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s recovery.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in social work and addiction treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
