Do you have experience selling roofing, siding, windows, doors, or other exterior home improvement products? As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll focus on re-engaging warm leads - including past clients who didn't move forward the first time - and turning them into satisfied, long-term customers. You'll build trust, educate homeowners, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

  • Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software
  • Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights
