The LAZ ParkingValet Cashier/Customer Service Coordinator is the face of LAZ Parking at our luxuryhotel partner. This role blends refined guest service with precise valetoperations: greeting guests, coordinating vehicle arrivals and departures,managing payments and vehicle logs, and ensuring a seamless, secure, andmemorable curbside experience that reflects LAZ Parking's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Reception and CurbsideService: Greet arriving and departing guests with professional hospitality;manage curbside flow to minimize wait times and maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Valet Operations: Park andretrieve vehicles safely and efficiently; secure and log keys; follow vehiclehandling and storage protocols.
  • Payment and TransactionManagement: Process payments, handle POS transactions, reconcile dailyreceipts, and post charges accurately to guest folios when required.
  • Vehicle Security andDocumentation: Maintain accurate vehicle logs, record vehicle conditions, andfollow LAZ Parking loss-prevention and incident reporting procedures.
  • Coordination with HotelPartners: Liaise with front desk, concierge, bell staff, and security tocoordinate arrivals, departures, and special requests.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond toguest concerns and service recovery needs promptly and courteously; escalate tosupervisors or hotel management when appropriate.
  • Operational Support: Assistwith traffic control, event valet staging, and curb management during peakperiods or special events.
  • Reporting and Compliance:Complete daily cash and activity reports, document incidents, and adhere to LAZParking safety and operational standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggestand implement small operational improvements to enhance guest flow and servicequality.
  • Additional Duties: Performother valet and front-of-house tasks as assigned to uphold a luxury guestexperience.

Qualifications andExperience
  • Education: High school diplomaor GED preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 yearsof valet, bell, or guest-facing experience preferred; luxury hospitality orupscale retail experience is a strong asset.
  • Cash Handling: Demonstratedexperience with cash, POS systems, and end-of-shift reconciliation required.
  • Technical: Comfortable usingmobile dispatch apps, POS terminals, and basic property management interfaces.
  • Language: Proficiency inEnglish required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Licensing: Valid driver'slicense with a clean driving record required; local/state requirements fordriving and background checks must be met.
