What You'll Do
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles.
  • Assist guests with luggage when needed.
  • Direct traffic and help maintain an organized valet operation.
  • Issue valet tickets and explain the retrieval process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Represent LAZ Parking with professionalism and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For
  • Valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work weekends and late nights.
  • Hospitality, valet, parking, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
