POSTION OVERVIEW

As a Graphic Designer at 1st Phorm, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of one of the leading brands in the fitness industry. You will create compelling designs across digital marketing, social media, product launches, events, apparel, and brand campaigns that connect with our community and drive brand growth.

You will work cross-functionally with marketing, video, photography, social media, product development, and leadership teams to execute creative concepts that align with the 1st Phorm brand standard. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently delivers high-quality creative work with strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design creative assets for digital, print, apparel, social media, web, email marketing, events, and product campaigns. 
  • Develop and maintain brand-consistent visuals across all marketing channels. 
  • Create graphics for product launches, promotions, advertisements, and apparel.
  • Collaborate with marketing, social, video, photography, and creative teams to bring concepts to life. 
  • Design apparel graphics and merchandise concepts that align with current trends and the 1st Phorm brand aesthetic. 
  • Prepare production-ready artwork files for print, apparel decoration, and digital use. 
  • Assist in creative direction and brainstorming for campaigns, events, and branded content. 
  • Ensure all artwork meets quality standards, technical specifications, and deadlines. 
  • Stay current on design trends, typography, branding, social media content, and industry best practices. 
  • Organize and maintain project files, creative assets, and revision history. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and time management.
  • Accept and implement creative feedback quickly and effectively.


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Primarily Illustrator and Photoshop). 
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and composition. 
  • Experience designing for both print and digital platforms. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with social media content creation and marketing design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
