This person has a thorough knowledge of electrical systems, construction documents, and quality construction work practices. **Key Responsibilities*** Maintains regular contact with project personnel as well as professional relationships with designers, owners, and subcontractors* Outlines job specifications and reviews material submittals for project requirements* Supports preconstruction, pre-fabrication and construction teams with electrical/systems/ construction related issues* Aids in the creation of detailed bill of materials* Educates field personnel on layout/design processes and supports project efforts* Creates detailed layout drawings while adhering to company standards* Seeks ways to infuse quality and labor savings into overall layout efforts* Communicate ideas for continuous improvement in standards and workflows* Performs other duties as assigned by management**Qualifications****Education*** Minimum of 5 years field construction experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering**Required*** Experience with team collaboration* Proficient in reading and understanding of all forms of construction documents* Ability to interpret 2D plans and provide input to a 3D model**Skills & Competencies*** Demonstrates a willingness to learn and efficiently use software such as BIM360, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Navisworks, Revit, and file sharing platforms* Demonstrates problem-solving ability and strong sense of urgency* Demonstrates organizational and communication skills* A commitment to continued learning and development* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment**Compensation & Benefits*** Competitive salary based on experience* Company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance* Short-Term & Long-Term Disability* Life and AD&D insurance* 401(k) with 5% company match* Paid Holidays* Paid Time Off* Annual performance reviews* Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile projects**Employee Stock Ownership Program:**We don't just work for lighthouse-we own it.
