Job description

Summary

We are seeking a Sheet Metal Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from pre-installation through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage both administrative and field-facing responsibilities while ensuring project readiness and successful delivery.

The Project Manager will be based onsite at a warehouse and office facility near LAX and will act as a key liaison between internal teams and field operations. This is a long-term opportunity with an expected duration of 23 years.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Oversee project activities from planning through installation readiness
  • Ensure all products and materials are properly prepared and ready for installation
  • Coordinate timelines and workflows to meet project deadlines

Contract & Administrative Management

  • Manage and track project-related contracts and documentation
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including project records, scheduling, and reporting
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date

Site & Field Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between the warehouse, office, and job sites
  • Communicate with field teams to ensure alignment on schedules, materials, and project requirements
  • Address and resolve issues that may impact installation or project timelines

Operational Support

  • Support day-to-day operations within the warehouse and project environment
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution
