Job description

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm located in the Greater Seattle Area looking for an experienced Attorney to support a litigation team. The role is well suited for a licensed attorney who can work effectively across research, drafting, evidence analysis, and witness coordination in both federal and state court matters.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with trial preparation, including drafting motions and conducting legal research
  • Review and analyze depositions, subpoenas, and other case-related documents
  • Organize exhibits, evidence, and case files to support litigation matters
  • Coordinate with witnesses and prepare trial materials, including witness outlines and jury instructions

Requirements:

  • Barred and license must be active and in good standing in WA
  • 2+ YOE in litigation, trial experience a HUGE PLUS!


The salary range for this position is $70-90/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
