Job description

Bella's Lawn & Landscape is a leading provider of commercial landscaping services, renowned for creating beautiful properties and satisfied clients. We are currently seeking Lawn Crew Leaders to join our team. This role involves leading a team to perform tasks such as mowing, string trimming, edging, and blower operation. The successful candidate will report directly to their manager and will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment. We also offer winter work and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team to perform daily landscaping tasks
  • Operating commercial mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers
  • Reporting to the manager and following their directions
  • Ensuring the satisfaction of our commercial clients
  • Participating in winter work as required
