Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 4-7 years of experience and strong programming expertise, with a particular emphasis on the ColdFusion technology stack. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable, reusable components and developing robust enterprise web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
What you will do
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications with a strong emphasis on the ColdFusion technology stack
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical design specifications
  • Work closely with development and business teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, including background jobs and processes
  • Provide production support and resolve incidents in line with defined SLAs
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability through best practices and standards
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with stakeholders and leadership

What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong full-stack development experience with a focus on ColdFusion (CFML)
  • Proven experience in web application development using object-oriented programming languages such as ColdFusion and/or Java
  • 3+ years of experience working with SQL databases (MS SQL Server preferred), including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Solid front-end development skills including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications
  • Strong SQL expertise, including writing and optimizing complex queries and stored procedures
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
  • Experience delivering enterprise-level applications in a cross-functional, collaborative environment

**Local candidates to Indianapolis, Dayton, Cincy and Columbus are highly preferred
Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $88,400 - $125,100 plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role. This is the reasonable estimate that Belden believes it might pay for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Belden may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
