A highly regarded Am Law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior-level associate (3-6 years of experience) to join their Corporate Finance group in Washington, D.C. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong finance experience looking to join a growing, collaborative platform with a sophisticated and consistent deal flow.

The practice advises leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a broad range of complex financing matters, including leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and other structured credit transactions.

This team is led by nationally recognized leadership and offers direct exposure to senior decision-makers, providing associates with meaningful responsibility and client interaction from day one. The group is known for its cohesive and collaborative culture, with a multidisciplinary practice that allows attorneys to work closely with senior stakeholders, participate in business development efforts, and build strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate must be admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., or eligible to waive into the D.C. Bar. Current private practice experience and a Juris Doctor are required.
